We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unwashed. It's ok to try it on but please don't remove the sticker tag affixed to the front of the shirt and return it in its original packaging. Please include the original packing slip  as this will have your order information that is needed to process a return.  

To start a return, please send the item to Ink Union Clothing Co. 2580 S. 90th St. Suite 120, Omaha, NE 68124. Please note on the back of the packing slip that came with your order the reason your returning it and if you would like an exchange or a refund.  If your return is accepted, we’ll ship your exchange or issue the refund as per your request.  The customer is responsible for the cost of  shipping the return to us but we will pay to ship items back in the event of an exchange.  We will process the return as soon as it is received. Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  Exchanges will take approximately the same amount of time to produce and ship as your original order did.  

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at artmonkey@inkunion.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain sale items or gift cards.  Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shipping prices are calculated at check out and depend on your location and the shipping option you choose.  Payment for shipping is included in your total at checkout.  Estimated delivery times are calculated in business days.  Delivery times are approximate and may vary.  

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

Do not dry clean.
